2 – Nature of Products

All products available in the store are digital products , delivered as downloadable files after payment.
Purchased products are made available immediately after the order is paid .

3 – Payment and Delivery

Payments are made online via secure payment systems.
Once the payment is processed, the Customer receives an email with a confirmation and a link to download the product .

4 – Returns, Withdrawal, and Complaints

Due to the digital nature of the products and the fact that they are delivered for immediate download , the product cannot be returned once it has been downloaded or made available (in accordance with Article 16 of the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU).

If the Customer experiences any problems accessing or using the product, they have the right to submit a complaint .

The complaint should include:

- Customer's full name or account name,

- Order number,

- Description of the problem and, if possible, a screenshot or other materials illustrating the issue.

Complaints are processed within 14 days from the date of receipt.
The Customer will be informed of the outcome by email.

All products are protected by copyright law.
Customers may use them for personal use only – copying, sharing, or reselling the products is prohibited.

6 – Personal Data

Customers' personal data is processed in accordance with the GDPR.

7 – Final Provisions

The store reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions.
For matters not regulated herein, Polish law shall apply.
